Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This page is for people who live in the state of Washington or in Nevada (United States). It adds to our Privacy Policy (https://app.estoicismodigital.com/privacidad, in Spanish), which still applies to everything else.
1 · What health data we collect. Only what you log: your height and weight, your weekly workout goal and the muscle groups you track; your workouts (the day, the type, the minutes and whether it was a rest day); your exercises (sets, reps and weight lifted); your mood each day (from 1 to 5, and the time); and anything you write about your health in your journal, your gratitudes or your messages to Pegasso.
2 · Where it comes from. Only from you, when you log it in the app. The Body calculations (BMI, calories and protein) are done on your phone and are not stored on our servers.
3 · What we use it for. To show you your own progress. And, only if you give Pegasso permission, so it can answer you: it then receives how many workouts you have done this week and your goal, and your mood in one word. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
4 · Your consent. The first time you log something in Body or your mood, the app asks for your permission to save it. If you say no, that part of the app saves nothing. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting that data in the app or deleting your account. In the app, go to Settings → “Privacy and data” → “Health data” → “Withdraw and delete”.
5 · Who it is shared with. No one who uses it for themselves. It is processed only on our behalf, under contract, by Supabase (our database, in the United States) and, only if you give Pegasso permission, by Anthropic (United States), which does not use it to train its models and deletes what it receives within 30 days; it only keeps it longer if something is flagged as a possible breach of its usage policy (up to 2 years, and the result of that check up to 7) or if the law requires it. We have no affiliates.
6 · Your rights. You can ask us to: confirm whether we have your health data and see it, with the list of everyone who has received it and how to contact them; delete it (we also ask those who process it on our behalf to delete it; backups disappear within 8 days); and withdraw your consent. We will not treat you worse for asking. Email contacto@estoicismodigital.com from your account's email address, or delete your account in the app (Settings → “Delete my account”). We answer within 30 days at most, as our Privacy Policy says.
7 · If we say no. Reply to our email with the subject “Appeal” and we will review it again within 45 days at most. If we still deny it, you can file a complaint with your state's attorney general: in Washington, https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint; in Nevada, https://ag.nv.gov/Complaints/File_Complaint/.
